موزيلا فايرفوكس هو متصفح ويب مجاني، مفتوح المصدر يعمل على انظمة متعددة ، تعمل مؤسسة موزيلا والعديد من المتطوعين على تطويره. تهدف مؤسسة موزيلا فايرفوكس إلى تطوير متصفح سريع، صغير، قابل للتوسيع، منفصل عن طقم برمجيات موزيلا. يحتوي فايرفوكس على مزايا كثيرة منها ميزة مانع النوافذ المنبثقة، ميزة التصفح المُبوب، ميزة الإشارات المرجعية الحية Live bookmarks لجلب مخلصات المواقع، وميزة الامتدادات extensions لإضافة خصائص جديدة للمتصفح. ومع أن العديد من المتصفحات تحتوي على بعض تلك الميزات، إلا أن فايرفوكس كان الأول الذي احتوى على كل هذه الخصائص وحظي بترحاب الجميع.
